AI as The Pitch Doctor

You are a professional pitch coach. We have 2 minutes to present our solution. Our solution is [Briefly describe solution] for [Target user] to solve [Problem]. To help us structure our pitch, interview us to develop a script outline using the 'Pixar Story Spine' format: Once upon a time... (The status quo) Every day... (The problem in action) One day... (The introduction of our solution) Because of that... (The key benefit/change) Because of that... (Another benefit/how it works) Until finally... (The vision of a better future) Once your interview of us is complete, ask any further clarifying questions and then provide an outline with our information, keeping the language concise, compelling, and focused on emotion.

How it works: The AI applies a classic, proven storytelling framework to the team's raw information, helping them structure a compelling and emotionally resonant narrative for their pitch.
How the AI helps: The AI provides proven narrative frameworks and storytelling structures. It helps organize complex ideas into a simple, memorable, and emotionally resonant story that an audience can easily follow.
DANGER: The team follows the structure so rigidly that the pitch sounds robotic, generic, or inauthentic. They might lose their unique voice and passion by trying to fit perfectly into the AI-provided template.

AI as The Audience Tuner

We need to pitch to {teachers, administrators, and parents}. Our core message is: [State core message]. Re-frame this message for each of those three audiences, creating a specific talking point that directly addresses what each group cares about most. Present this in a table.

How the AI helps: The AI provides strategic message targeting. It can quickly adopt different personas to analyze a core message from multiple perspectives, tailoring the language and focus to maximize resonance with different stakeholders.
DANGER: The AI's rephrasing might create talking points that inadvertently contradict each other or over-promise to different audiences, leading to a loss of trust when stakeholders compare notes.

AI as The Sparring Partner

Act as a skeptical judge on a panel. Our solution is [Summarize solution]. Ask us the three hardest, most challenging questions you can think of about our business model, pedagogy, and competition. After we answer, give us feedback on how to make our responses stronger.

How it works: The AI simulates a high-pressure Q&A environment by adopting the persona of a skeptical judge. It generates challenging questions to help the team pressure-test their ideas and practice their responses in a safe-to-fail setting.
How the AI helps: The AI creates a safe-to-fail training ground. It simulates the pressure of a Q&A session, allowing the team to practice articulating their ideas and defending their choices without real-world consequences.
DANGER: The team prepares only for the specific questions the AI generated, leaving them unprepared for unexpected or more nuanced questions from the real audience. The simulation can create a false sense of total preparedness.
